Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via our official website within 15 days of receiving your device to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Retroid console, including all original cables, SD cards, and documentation, in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our designated service center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition and hardware integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
