Our devices ship with the Android operating system and essential emulators. To comply with copyright laws, we do not pre-load ROMs or game files; users must provide their own legal game backups.

What is your return policy for defective units?

We offer a 15-day return policy for any manufacturing defects. If you experience hardware issues, please contact our support team with your order number and a video of the problem.
